Refund policy

Because most of our products are made to order, custom and personalized items (including printed apparel, engraved items, and branded merchandise) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our guarantee
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the proof you approved because of our mistake, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at derek@idmakeit.com with your order number and photos. We will reprint or remake it, or issue a refund.

We cannot offer refunds or reprints for errors in artwork, spelling, sizes, or quantities that you approved, or for normal wear after use.

Non-custom items
Stock items that are not customized can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns go to: ID Make It, LLC, 2067 N Patton, Pocatello, ID 83204.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
